Face-to-face classes resuming soon!
This class is suitable from any gestation, but I ask if you are new to yoga to please wait until you are given the all clear at your 12 week check before you attend your first class.
Pregnancy yoga classes are a unique opportunity to meet other mums-to-be in the Sandgate and surrounding area while you maintain your health and happiness during your pregnancy. I cater each class to suit the women attending, so you can rest assured that I will honour your pregnancy and what your body is doing that day. Each class covers pregnancy friendly yoga poses, pelvic floor strengthening, breathing techniques, meditations and active birth skills.
As a mum of three I understand what it's like to be pregnant and often still working or caring for other children! I won't make you commit to a block of classes, casual and class passes are available.
Classes will be postponed until further notice.
These post-natal yoga classes are designed for the new mum and beyond, with particular emphasis given to strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal core, and releasing the neck, shoulders and back (all the achy bits from carrying babies and toddler wrangling!).
These classes offer you to opportunity to take an hour out of your day to self-care, meet with other mums in the Sandgate and surrounding area, and not have to arrange care for your child or attend a class at night.
I keep classes very relaxed and I know that children can be unpredictable. Mums are welcome to change nappies, breast or bottle feed, comfort their little ones and just do what they need to do. We are all in the same boat, so giggles, squeals, jiggles and cries are welcome in my classes!
And because I understand that mum life can get in the way sometimes I don't make you commit to a block of classes! Casual and class passes are available.
Maybe group classes aren't your thing, and that's okay. Or maybe you have some medical issues and want one on one. Heck maybe you just want you and your bestie mum mates in the class! Whatever your reason, a private class may be the best option for you.
Pregnancy yoga, post-natal yoga and hypnobirthing can be offered privately. This can take place in our studio or in your home. If you feel like this is the best option for you please feel free to contact me to discuss your options.
