Due to social distancing face-to-face classes have been suspended in lieu of live online classes. There are no changes to the course and its inclusions, we are just 'adapting' the mode of delivery.
Child friendly yoga classes for the post-natal body and beyond, with emphasis given to strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal core, and releasing the neck, shoulders and back (all the achy bits from child wrangling!). Meet other mums in the Sandgate and surrounding areas while maintaining some YOU time.
